We proudly source our prickly pears from local growers and businesses around Tucson, folks who share our respect for the desert. Their care and knowledge help us craft something truly special: a jar of jelly that tastes like the Sonoran Desert in its prime.

Our jelly is different from other jellies because it has prickly pear in it. It tastes like a mix of watermelon, lemon, with a hint of wild honey. It's bright, smooth, and unlike anything else. We make each batch by hand, taking our time to juice, simmer, and get it just right. The small-batch method maintains the color bright and the taste real, which is how it should be.

It’s more versatile than you may imagine, too.  Spread it over warm biscuits, swirl it into yogurt, or match it with cream cheese and crackers.  It creates a great glaze for pork or chicken that has been roasted, and it really shines on pastries like buttery shortbread or thumbprint cookies.

Our prickly pear jelly is also a great gift. It's a real taste of Tucson that supports local farmers and honors our Sonoran roots. It's a nice, hand-made reminder of how wonderful the desert is.
